We coach 5 groups of 20 for an hour each during a school day or 1 group of 20 for 5 progressive sessions during a day.

We coach a range of cycling skills and techniques using activities, games and competitions which are engaging and fun.

We don't take children onto the public highways or teach ‘cycle proficiency’ style tests. We are sport and competition oriented.

We are insured via British Cycling, have enhanced CRB checks and First Aid qualification.

About how courses are structured...

- After school clubs – usually 1-2 hourly sessions
- Lessons - single (or double) lesson / period
- Weekend clubs – half day courses, morning or afternoons
- Holiday clubs / camps – whole day or multi day courses
- Curriculum courses – half day, whole day or multiple days for classes, year groups or small groups

How are courses run?
Generally a course wil be in 3 parts, warm up, main session and cool down. Each course has a pre session bike and helmet check and a safety briefing where ground rules are explained. The main part of the session will progressively take children through a particular skill or technique aiming to improve their competence and confidence in the form of activity, games or competitions.
